Tongue twisters are phrase or sentences which are difficult to pronounce and speak fast, because of the alliteration or frequent occurance of simiar sounds.

Tongue twisters are best way of practice to improve pronounciation as well as fluency. These are used irrespetive of the age, to improve their prounciation. This helps to develop speech skills.
